Coaching & Classes


Holistic Life & Wellness Coaching
Receive one-on-one sessions assisting you in all areas of life to help remove the chaos and bring you back into balance. Free 15 min. initial consultation. Coaching sessions include an intense Q&A session to help you define what you really want in life, tips and techniques for setting and achieving goals, how to overcome obstacles and limitations, motivational ideas and inspiration, and coaching on how to unleash your own inner power.  *Online, phone and on location services available

  • Full Session (1 Hour – 1 1/2 Hour) – $120

Focused Meditation
This is a guided meditation training session designed to assist clients in learning various self-help techniques for breath work, visualization, letting go of the active mind, entering trance states, and general relaxation.  Offered in 30 or 60 minute sessions.  Please let me know if there is a particular theme you would like to focus on during your session.
