• Typically, one email session consists of one question or situation with one detailed response.  (This also includes 1 clarification email, if needed.)
  
• Please be as detailed as possible in your background descriptions and questions.  The more information I have, the better I can help you.
  
• I will do everything in my ability to answer your questions as accurately and quickly as possible.  Typical response time is within 48 hours. 
  
• If at any time you have any questions regarding how a session works or any of my other services, please do not hesitate to ask.  Service questions are always free and always welcomed.
