Here is my current class and event schedule. All classes will be held at Natural Gifts Holistic Center, unless otherwise noted, and are subject to change at any time. Due to space limitations, all classes require pre-registration.

May 13 – Mother’s Day at the Beach
10:00 am – 4:00 pm
$8 parking
Come by Porretto Beach in Galveston, TX on Mother’s Day to frolick in the sand, let the kids play, and get pampered by all of us at Natural Gifts Holistic Center. Location is 10th and the Seawall. See you there!

May 20 - Guided Meditation – Chakra Healing
1:00 pm – 2:30 pm
$35 pre-registration is required
This month’s meditation is working with the chakras to gently open, balance and heal each of the 7 main chakras. We will do some breathing exercises to bring awareness into each area, and use color therapy and visualization to work through the meditation.

Clearing & Balancing Chakras – Using a Pendulum & Crystals

Now that we understand what chakras are and how they effect all the energy bodies. We will learn a quick and easy way to clear and balance our chakras using a pendulum and using crystals.

Come out and join NGHC on our new quarterly event, Holistic Sundays. We will be opening the doors to our office and allowing all of you to come in and see what we are all about. We will be doing demonstrations, giving away free mini sessions, and teaching you more about all our services and classes.
