My Philosophy:

I believe in cultivating healing and change by looking at the whole person beyond the physical into the emotional and spiritual bodies.  Many times disease and discomfort originate in the emotional or spiritual body, and it is here where we must look to remove it from our lives permanently.  I use my gift of insight to read the energy signatures of my clients to help draw forward the originating sources of their issue.  Occasionally, bringing up things they never realized were bothering them until it was brought into their awareness.  I believe it is through awareness and understanding that we can promote a healing space within our lives so that our highest level of potential and wellness can be achieved.  I use a variety of means to bring this awareness to my clients including; practical one-to-one coaching, hypnosis, self-improvement and holistic living classes, energy work, and alternative therapies such as aromatherapy and using negative ion and infrared heat with the Amethyst Bio-Mat.

It is my passion, gift, and privilege to help others connect to their highest potential and wholeness of being.
